Steiner. It's amazing what a life of roids will do to you and that guy has seriously had his fair share of shitshakes. He was great when he was with his brother, but when they started pushing him solo, fuck me running he was absolute shit. Dude should have left wrestling when WWE bought WCW because that feud he had with HHH for the title was just awful to watch.
