TNA better be offering good money, because why else would a guy who can pull 1000 a pop from indie shows agree to have that included in his contract. Only if their guarantee from TNA is high.
It COULD end up with TNA asking wrestlers to do too many shows to make up their contracts.

You realize these guys don't have to sign these contracts right? It's not like tna is robbing them or doing anything wrong.
They are going to work the same amount they would have anyways, maybe more, for pay they agree to.
