I think there's a chance. Roman Reigns isn't at the critical level to handle a WrestleMania main event. That being said, it's going to be his second one, and WWE can be pretty stubborn when it decides it wants someone to be a star. Ambrose is the more over and refreshing of the two options, and he could theoretically be "struck down" and give Reigns a chance to avenge him later, or eventually turn heel down the line if a run with him at the top doesn't work. Fastlane is in his backyard too.
With that being said, I'm wih Ruien on this one: Roman Reigns wins the Triple Threat, gets The Rock and possibly Ronda Rousey in his corner, with Dean Ambrose's recent work earning him a spot against Brock Lesnar on the card. Ambrose hasn't looked out of a place in his interactions with Brock, and the match-up has any energetic dynamic to it. This moves Bray Wyatt to face Taker in a rematch from last year.
This narrowly beats out Plan B, which I think would be the Triple H vs. Dean Ambrose match, yes, with Roman Reigns facing Taker and Brock Lesnar facing Bray Wyatt.
