I don't think he is underrated tbh. When you listen to his podcast with Jericho they both mention how the agents know they can put him in the ring with anyone and he will deliver.
I would agree that his singles run could have been handled better but I think they know they have some real talent on their hands with him. It's just a little difficult with how to book a member of the Wyatt Family when they're no longer in the Wyatt Family I suppose.
