Am I the only one who doesn't think Goldberg would be a draw anymore?

All this talk about him going all out for the right amount, would he really be worth it though? Do people even know who Goldberg is these days? It's not 1998 anymore. His 2003 run was a flop, what makes people think a 2016 run will be any different?
