Maybe they were hoping for something big? Given that it is Mania season, things are usually "elevated". It has been on cruise control for a while now, it seems. With Philly being a largely smark crowd who most likley hates Reigns, I get why they wouldn't care there.... but his receptions have never been YUGE post-Shield anyway.
