You would think/hope they might have some system in place or implemented soon after release to be able to tell apart someone who actually rage quits and someone whose session is disconnected because their internet sucks.
I've often been concerned that I might jump into a ting in GTAO, have my connection disconnect in the middle of it and then have myself be labeled as a "bad sport" or something. I think going forward, this is something the gaming industry needs to address with re: online play.
