I feel like the days of Wrestlemania buildup being treated by the WWE like a big deal are over. What I mean is..they can probably still count on selling 70k in tickets 5 months before the show. They used to have to worry about convincing 1+ million people to plop down 60 bucks for the PPV in addition but now they probably realize there's not a lot of people they have to convince to buy the network and it's only 10 bucks even if they do. The majority of The money to be made on WM was made 5 months ago.
