Lesnar losing to anyone not top of the company shouldn't happen until he is ready to depart from WWE. Granted, they could have booked Ambrose to be stronger in the loss by taking a ton more punishment before losing.

Except that Ambrose has lost what little steam he had thanks to that loss (and the dozens of other losses he's had in every big match they've given him.) He's essentially in the same boat as Wyatt now. You can't take them seriously as a threat no matter how hard you try. Lesnar is the one that could have shrugged off the loss. He's a beast already and doesn't lose anything by being beaten by a dude who had to use barbed wire baseball bats and other crazy shit to just barely squeak out a victory. Ambrose on the other hand hasn't won a single big match. He's been buried every time he's been in a main event. If he had some decent wins under his belt I'd be with you, but going into the Lesnar match Ambrose had literally nothing. He needed that win to even be taken seriously.
