It was a heel using the title to try to humiliate a face and having it backfire. It's completely logical. The idea of Money in the Bank is just ridiculous. You can pin a guy who is dead in the ring already and win the biggest title in the company. Cool. It's just a lazy heat prop basically that makes winning the title more and more meaningless.
