He doesn't have the charisma of the rock. In fact he doesn't have the charisma of quite a few others still in the company. He doesn't have the mic skills. He talks like he reads man. He may have an ok look, but I don't know. He wont be as over as the rock.
Actually, he's got a ton of charisma. And he ahsn't been as stiff on the mic as you've mentioned in a while.
