The dragon thing in the last episode seemed like a big hint.

And in the books it talks about his hair being a mix of blonde and black... and having two different eye colors

And Tywin always hating him maybe because he knew he wasn't really his son or w/e?

There was a bunch of other stuff, I don't remember,,,


Also some theory about Hodor...
No the theory is Jon Snow is the child of Ragar and Lyana. Ragar is the son of the mad king, not the mad king himself.

The Tyrion theory is that the Mad King raped tyrions mother
