One, Cody and Eden would likely not remain heel during said feud. People are that predisposed to hate Miz. Besides, Miz is not good at being a face, and excels at being heel. In that way, he's kinda like Shane Douglas.
Two, Cody and Eden seem to play this dynamic up better than anyone I've seen in fairly recent history... this includes Miz and Maryse (I was always a fan of them when they would be antagonistic to eachother onscreen; they were both too stuck up to be bothered with the other even knowing that they're a IRL couple) Booker and Sharmell, Maria and... I forgot her man's name, damn sure better than Matt and Reby (honestly, Reby plays her role better, Matt is just a dead fish in this dynamic), and I'd even argue Hunter and Steph, because even with all the YEARS of promoing as a couple, they always seemed businesslike and not as much like a couple, if that makes sense on what I mean.
Anyway, this should be the start of a stable. Almost Horsemen-like, with Cody as the Flair of the group. And what I mean by Horsemen-like is that "you see one, you see them all" mentality. And they all dress business casual, except Cody, who is always in a suit.
This could also be a shot in the arm for some under appreciated people on the roster. My first thought is Henning* as his AA. Maybe call up Revival as the designated Tag Team. Have feuds with Cody and Eden trying to recruit guys like Zack Ryder, who considers it but ultimately refuse, or a Sami Zayn who refuses outright, so they get jumped starting a program there... leading to a 5 on 5 intergender SS match that Rhodes Industries ends up winning. Underhandedly, I may add.

That's the thing: he could have been upper mid-card already, and used the transition to be groomed into main event territory. One of those problems with on and off pushes and storylines and letting people fuck off to oblivion after a feud instead of building momentum.
