if you think any team other than the Philadelphia Eagles will win this divison, you are fucking retarded. the Eagles have a REVAMPED OFFENSE adding TO, regaining Brian Westbrook and with TO on the team, he single handly opens the field for Pinkston, LJ Smith, FredEx Freddie Mitchell and Buckhalter.
The defense which was completely destroyed is healthy and we added the pass rusher threat that we lost when Hugh Douglas left with THE PHREAK, Jevon Kearse. Plus, second year man Jerome McDougle is now healthy along with Jamaal Green, Paul Grasmanis, Hollis Thomas, Sam Rayburn. What we lacked at the end of the year was depth which wore everyone else (LBs and DBs) down. We REACQUIRED Jeremiah Trotter who was made for DC Jim Johnson's scheme. He provides depth and versatitly with the linebackers.
Plus not many people know that Taylor and Vincent were both down for HUGE portions of last season. Only playing together in 5 games! Brian Dawkins also were hurt, which means that Lito Shepard, Sheldon Brown and Clinton Hart (bench still) had lots of playing time and chances to progress... which they did considering we won 9 straight last year.
Also, if you look at the Eagles' schelude... it is unbelieveablly easier than any other team in the NFC East. For example, the Birds HOST Baltimore, Green Bay, Carolina, and others while Dallas plays Baltimore and GB ON THE ROAD!
This team is on a mission. There is no stopping them.
Eagles: Elite
Dallas: (as much as I hate to say it) good, rising, few more years
Washington: Joe Gibbs needs time to get back into the swing of things, plus many unwise signings, many vets
New York Giants: No offensive line, 1 Washed up QB, 1 Rookie QB, 1 TV QB.... no where near ready.... PLUS THE QUIT LAST YEAR AND THEY ARE PUSSYS. NY should be ashamed of them for quitting.
Don't even think anyone other than the Birds will win the Division (4 Straight) and go far.... this time REALLY FAR into the Playoffs.
