Basically, every team has up and down periods. Giants are heading for a down, the Skins are going to flop again IMO, and the Cowboys and Eagles are a top the division right now. A few years down the road this is going to change. With the exception of maybe the Cowboys still being decent, if Parcells sticks around that long.
