Understandable, but he is potentially a bigger threat than those two (movieverse wise... not getting into Wanda's House of M level reality warpage... just dealing with what's present in the film lore). Still, Vision is like having a factory fresh, loaded rocket launcher on your wall. You're worried about the guns that have been fired than the potential destruction of that one because it has not been fired yet? At some point, he may himself figure that out and pull a Dr. Manhattan (self exile, I mean).
Speaking of Witch and Vision, I like how he is trying to wrap his head around his own increasing sentience. Having actual feelings (as opposed to merely colloquial "I feel..." statements as JARVIS) is new to him, and weird, and confusing. Almost like puberty, but multiplied by figuring out 'humanity', such as it is. Seems kinda unaware he's flirting with her.
