I don't get why the WWE establishes new Tag Teams, only to make them come across as being shit and constantly job to the same two or three teams over and over again.

Right now, they have Anderson & Gallows, The Ascension, Breezango, The Dudleys, Enzo & Cass, Golden Truth, The Lucha Dragons, New Day, The Shining Stars, The Social Outcasts, The Usos, The Vaudevillains and The Wyatts.

They don't seem to really care about most of them:

The Ascension - Once promising, now jobbers
Breezango - A joke
The Dudleys - Veterans whose only purpose these days is to put younger talent over
Golden Truth - A joke
The Lucha Dragons - Once promising, now jobbers
The Shining Stars - Once promising via vignettes but now only appearing in vignettes after one match.
The Social Outcasts - A joke/jobbers
The Vaudevillains - Not quite promising but not quite jobbers, they're just "there"
The Wyatts - Once promising, then forgotten about, now they're just "there"

Then you have what appears to be the "main focus" when it comes to the Tag Team Division:

Anderson & Gallows - Main "Heel" Team
Enzo & Cass - Main "Face" Team
New Day - Tag Team Champions
The Usos - Unstoppable Veteran* Team

It just feels like such a waste when they have so many interesting and entertaining teams at their disposal. It's like they don't know how to have more than one strong face and heel team at the same time.

*Old enough to be considered veterans in the WWE, but not old enough to be putting over younger talent like The Dudleys.
