I want talent to be able to request a trade to the other show and for it to be treated like in other professional sports....For example, in a few months (insert Face Superstar here) is tired of losing on Smackdown, he is better than what he has been showing and he wants a change of scenery. Smackdown GM says that he appreciates the honesty and he will try and work something out with the Raw GM. Sometime over the next few days, Twitter & WWE.com report a trade, allowing creative to "freshen up" whichever Raw talent they feel may need it and use an "NXT Draft Pick" to call up someone ready for the big time in developmental.
