3) During an interview with Gamerant, Shigeru Miyamoto stated the reason for the lack of info regarding Pikmin 4 is due to Nintendo quietly delaying the game till other projects and development of the NX are finished. According to him, the game could have been released as early as 2015 if not for the delays.
