In all seriousness though, even though it wouldn't have taken an Einstein to see that repetitive head injuries would cause damage, I understand why the suit is being filed and I'm not 100% against it.
I think people on the outside think that many of these people are money grubbing assholes, and some of them likely are. But a lawsuit like this could represent correctional behavior on a dysfunctional institution.
WWE has been very proactive in trying to get all of these cases thrown out very early on for a very specific purpose - they do not want to go on record about what they knew about concussions, they do not want to go on record about how they handled concussions, AND they do not want to go on record about how they approached and often times encouraged very high risk spots that resulted in concussions.
