Band Members that you think should do a solo project

I don't mean go solo or relegate their band(s) to second place, but musicians who - because they own - should do a solo album.

For me the god-like, Maynard James Keenan. TOOL and APC are bad-ass, but I would love to see what MJK could do by himself, with full creative control, not having to work with other equal members of a band.
