Giants: Really, I would be willing to bet money that the Giants secondary can shut the Eagles WR's down. Easy. Two years ago when the Giants opened up the season with the 49er's we shut T.O. down the whole damn game going man up with Will Allen covering him all over the field. The other WR's did jack shit. Will Allen is capable of covering the best in the game, and he is going to be a shutdown corner down the road in a few years. Will Peterson, is a slightly bigger version of Allen, who is also a very exceptional cover man.
Our LB's aren't old at all. Barrett Green is in his prime. Nick Greisen is only around 25. Carlos Emmons is the only "old" guy of our group. If they mesh well, they will play well. We have a good rotation on our defensive line, and some very good up and coming talent as well as solid veterans. Our defense is going to be head and shoulders better than last year, that is for sure.
The question mark lies within the QB...we have an O-Line. Petitgout and Seubert are a hell of a couple of lineman. We picked up Shaun O'Hara from Cleveland, for center. David Diehl stepped in last year at G and played very well. We need to just fill the other T position.
You need to watch every game of your team to know them, and some of the points you people make are just utterly moronic.
