That's the weird booking of Raw. It's just the match itself I thought should have had a cleaner finish. They have a title that the longest reign is by Vacant and they end up essentially just handing the title to Owens.

Rusev just ran away from his match and a spot in the Universal title match last week. Still think he should have cost Roman instead of HHH though. Not getting him involved makes him look even more chicken shit. Rollins was a legit chicken shot heel his first WWE title reign.
