Another website had a possible explanation for the "Miss Piggy" jab as Sasha was making fun of her puffy looking face than just body shaming her.

Dana's been called "Miss Piggy" a few times before about her face but don't think she's ever had it as an insult to her body like when Layla and McCool kept making fun of Mickie James for being fat in their eyes.
