Wouldn't be surprised if the WWE did one but none of RAW's women feuds going on now have that feel where its reached the point where the Cell is needed.

Even though Sasha vs Charlotte has been the biggest women's feud for the WWE in a while, its still lacking that real hatred or animosity between the two for the Cell to be the definitive feud ender and not just something forced/rushed because of the ppvs gimmick.
