I've done some re-thinking, and now I'm going to suggest giving the Royal Rumble to Jerry Lawler. 1993 sounds like a pretty shit year business-wise, so Hart vs. Lawler being their biggest draw of the year may not be that impressive, but I'd still go with it at some point. King could win the Rumble and brag about how of course the King was going to win the Royal Rumble. Then, if Vince really forces the dress-up at Mania IX, at least a heel Lawler acting like Caesar would have had a point to it. Am I really booking around the toga party?
