Not everyone on TV has to live in some kind of mansion.

Anyway, there are many things that can be discussed.

We can talk about how much of a badass Noble is. He pretty much "won" the fight by taking the man to the ground and how it took three guys and a knife to "get the better of him" so to speak.

We can talk about his attackers and see if there is any information on them, such as if they've been caught or not.

We can talk about how road rage can make people crazy.

It's better then wondering why he chose to live in a place he likes. That's my opinion anyway.
