2. At KotR, they're having their rematch when Diesel comes out and he helps Shawn win. After the match, they both destroy Bret and leave him lying with a shattered ankle or something.
3. Bret calls up his friend Razor Ramon to bring the belt back to the Good Guys.
4. Razor wins the belt off Shawn at Summerslam
5. Razor feuds with Diesel over the IC belt until Survivor Series.
I actually really like that.

The podcast is up and the SCG gang went with Bret vs. Savage, which didn't even cross my mind for some reason. I think I had tunnel-vision with Vince not wanting him in a prominent spot that I couldn't push him that high. But what I like about that scenario is that it gives people that main event that could have drawn big but they got scared off from doing. Bret's not ruined, and he actually gets to move up the card in time with a lot more build. This leaves Savage and Perfect around with not much to do, but they could even work with each other, or put over some of your bigger heels that are floating around. I'd even be fine with Taker vs. Savage.
