Pretty much a win-win for everyone involved.

Dixie gets paid, Corgan gets rid of TNA's biggest problem for years, and WWE beefs up their tape library.

If Corgan can keep all the tv deals TNA has with the new company, he has a better chance of succeeding unlike when Jeff Jarrett tried to start GFW.
