Now in Metland, all eyes turn to the front office. The big question is whether or not they will re-sign Cespedes.

Said it a few months ago and I'll say it now - you won't hear me talking Mets baseball on here again if they let him go. He had a bad September but he's still the heart of this team. I can't support this team any longer if they cheap out on keeping him.

Also, all 5 starting pitchers are going to be coming off of surgery heading into Spring Training (including Thor who has been pitching through bone spurs). Guys like Gsellman and Lugo are going to be important, and they might even bring back Big Bart for extra insurance.
