Yeup that was the rumor after its debut on RAW.

Toning down some of the moves from the CWC tournament makes sense but shouldn't have watered it down this much or just make it follow the typical WWE mold for matches.

Best idea they had for the division was Triple H's rotation system idea since it would keep things fresh and lessen the weekly wear-and-tear for the division.
