The Hardy stuff is a well made niche for people who don't take wrestling super seriously and like bizarre humor/entertainment. It's not gonna bring in a new boom or anything but it's got appeal.

WWE meanwhile is the most lazy, poorly written attempt to make legitimate entertainment on television. And there probably isn't a close second. You have to be a child who enjoys bright lights and fake violence or a hardcore fan who has lowered your standards to a ridiculous level for the sake of staying a fan in order to actually consider it compelling. Which is fine. I did it for a long time.
