I bet next year they'll do a draft and it'll be just like it was during the old brand split. Whoever was killing it on SmackDown will be drafted to Raw whereas SmackDown will mostly be getting dudes who were floundering on the red brand.

And Vince will continue to be puzzled when all of the new Raw acquisitions are meh while the new SmackDown talent is reinvigorated...not realizing it all comes down to SmackDown having a superior writing team.
