Really difficult choice. I'll think on it somemore...

Ring work is a wash
Mic work is a wash
HBM in 9y almost tanked the company as a top guy so his post 02 stuff at the gate i think is a wash

I think it comes down to legacy. Im not sure which will have the biggest impact. 10 years post retirements whos work will still be shaping the business...i dunno.
