Looks like WCW was really concerned about Vince's Jan. 1, 1985 and Nov. 20, 1992 agreements potentially being still in effect. Either that, or Hogan still had two deals with Vince (one of which was some type of merch deal) throughout his WCW tenure.
The Hogan-WWF-Marvel deal was definitely still in effect because this contract has a condition precedent requirement that Hogan must first be able clear his performance obligations to WCW with Marvel (i.e., essentially get Marvel's permission) before WCW would accept his signing of this agreement.
