HBK.

Gave the nod to HBK mostly because I felt he was better in more areas and as an overall package than Foley was. Also HBK's second run in the WWE did a lot to boost his overall legacy than had he stayed retired after Mania 14 in terms of in-ring stuff.

Both did have some really great memorable matches and moments during their careers.
