Well, semantics aside, yeah. I mean, wasn't Mickie James technically cheating on Kenny? Splitting hairs, since leaving Mercury for Doane is just a formality and doesn't exactly soften the sting.

He wouldn't have been mature enough to handle it all at the time. The Paige rule and what have you. I'm sure he's had to interact with both Joey Mercury and John Cena since he's been back on SmackDown, so I'm sure it's all water under the bridge now.
