Montreal was a work. Bichoff dropped a shit ton pf money in Brets lap to bring the belt with him. Bret took the deal but had no intention on delivering so he and Vince worked up this scheme to cover everyone. If it wasnt a work a why would Vince have gone to the ring to do the angle. They had ear pieces. It was a sham to sell it. Just like Vince's black eye. Back in the day if you got color on tv in the back day theyd take sand paper and rough you up with it to sell it while you bought your groceries. #comeatme
