Bryan Alvarez has reported that Rusev is "in the doghouse" with the dreaded "nuclear heat" because of a tweet he sent out complimenting Jack Swagger. Swagger recently asked for his WWE release and was told no.

Rusev's main braud, Lana, has infamously lived in the WWE doghouse ever since sharing her engagement photo of herself and Rusev on instagram. Vince McMahon is said to be so livid with Rusev that he might be left off the WrestleMania card.
