I'd assume if they bought ROH, it would be just for the tape library and some talent contracts since they already have EVOLVE for developing non-NXT indie talent. Rest of the company has too many problems currently going on to be worth keeping.

Same for when they were rumored to be interested in buying TNA since they only cared for the library and maybe a few contracts.
