Went for Scott Hall because he was better at his role than DDP. Page wasn't a wrestler. He planned every move out and couldn't go catch as catch can style. DDP might have reached the World Title but it was at a point where who was WCW Champion didn't mean shit.

Hall did more with the IC and the WCW Tag Team Titles than Page ever did with the Big Gold Belt. Hall elevated those props rather than having the props elevating him.
