Hall is a bit overrated as far as his in ring stuff goes. Yes, he had some solid matches - but mainly with solid performers. At times he oversold, was a bit sloppy, etc. and he - like Sid - sabotaged his own career.
Sid is a semi-talented guy with a great build / look, moved decently for a guy his size and worked well for the roles he had; it's just that, like Scott, he couldn't get his shit together unless it was in his tights.
He wasn't half as good as Hall was on the mic, even on a bad day for Hall, so from the charisma standpoint - Hall it is.
