Give the edge to RVD.

Liked a lot of RVD's stuff while Neville's greatness has been more recent at least in regards to WWE stuff.

Neville could surpass him within a few years if he can build off the current heel run momentum. Stronger chance if he becomes the Rey Mysterio of 205 Live in regards to being the big star that breaks out of the division and goes onto to bigger things.
