Orton is a conundrum. Really sweet finisher, really boring character 80% of the time, good matches maybe 60% of the time. Depending on who he is working with he is either dreadfully boring to watch in the ring (except for the RKO), or he can have some really good matches.

Brock Lesnar was great before he left, with his in-ring stuff better than anything Orton has ever done. After coming back his "aura"/"presence"/"mystique" is on a whole other level. Which is largely helped by him not being there year round. His matches nowadays are actually pretty bad in a "wrestling" sense of view, but you get sucked in due to "spectacle".

So, in conclusion.....

I'm voting Brock Lesnar because F Randy Orton for being booked to take the title off of Christian two days after he won it.
