The concussion/CTE lawsuits against the WWE could be over as early as the first week of November due to the judge for the cases ordered the lawsuits to be amended or else risk them being tossed out.

Judge Vanessa Bryant made a ruling earlier today regarding three different CTE lawsuits against WWE and Vince McMahon, saying the opposition lawyers have 35 days to amend their complaints and that she is requiring the opposing attorneys to submit affidavits from each plaintiff regarding the claims, under penalty of perjury. Been rumored or speculated for months these lawsuits were the main reason why WWE has been very hesitant on the idea of Daniel Bryan making a possible in-ring return before his contract expires.
