Not really wrestlers but would move two divisions around.
Cruiser division goes to Smackdown and Smackdown's tag division goes to RAW.
Outside of rare moments, RAW writers have been terrible for the Cruiser division while the tag division doesn't have enough quality depth to be split and can take advantage of the extra time RAW has. Would split Ambrose and Rollins after their current feud is over to give more depth to IC & Universal.
