QUESTION - Does anyone else think that Finn Balor sucks?

Although I haven't watched RAW or Smackdown in years, I often watch youtube clips of certain segments from both shows. If I understand correctly, the IWC is high on Finn Balor but I'm not impressed whatsoever.

I saw the promo he cut against Bray Wyatt on Smackdown a few weeks ago and found him to be extremely uncharismatic and boring.

Balor has a decent look to him, but I don't see him amounting to much.

What do you guys think?
