Remember, a lot of the stuff the Kliq did they admitted to doing it because THEY thought it was cool/funny, and some of it, the crowd reaction was a side-effect. The info is way more prevalent now than then, but I'm sure it was more for The Elite/Bullet Club/AJ/Gallows & Anderson than it was for anyone in the crowd, especially considering the match it was after.
