After being initially refused registration by the USPTO back in May for unacceptable specimens/documents provided as proof of use, Matt Hardy (through an IP Lawyer) submitted a new specimen on 10/31.
The new specimen is a promotional poster featuring Hardy as the Broken Matt character appearing for CWF Mid-Atlantic Wrestling during the 'Expedition of Gold' tour.
Hardy added an IP Lawyer based in Nashville, TN to assist with registering the trademark.

NXT's Sawyer Fulton posted a statement on Twitter today announcing that he's no longer with the company. He wrote that he worked as hard as possible to come back after being injured in 2016, but it didn't end up working out. He noted that he's going to continue in pro wrestling and vowed to get back to WWE in the future.

Chinese recruit Leo Gao was released from his WWE NXT contract today, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet. Gao never made it to NXT TV but he was said to be a favorite at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
A neck injury that Leo suffered while training back in August may have played a part in the departure. He was recently cleared to return to action but the injury was said to be very serious.

Every match supposedly had a 1 minute time for the special occasion. First match was a handicap match and the rest a mega gauntlet match not dependent on winning to continue.

Wrestling DVD Network reported yesterday that WWE will release a DVD box set that will feature all the Hanna-Barbera WWE crossover animated movies called "4 Kids Favorites: WWE Tag Team Collection". There was scheduled to be a creative meeting last night to lock in final plans for the PPV including exactly what Alberto el Patron's role will be. The rumors started after Kenny McIntosh of Inside The Ropes posted a photo on Twitter of an intermission sign and joked that it was a UK pay-per-view. McIntosh deleted the tweet, noting that it was causing false reports:
