There are 4 male Superstars still being considered for Rousey's partner, according to Sports Illustrated. Those 4 are, in order of WWE's preference, The Rock, RAW General Manager Kurt Angle, SmackDown General Manager Shane McMahon and Seth Rollins. It's very possible that top WWE officials have already decided on Rousey's partner and these 4 names should be taken as a rumor for now.

It was also Levesque and Stephanie McMahon, and not Vince McMahon, who were doing the negotiations to bring Ronda Rousey to WWE. It was Vince McMahon who cut the deal for Brock Lesnar. It will be interesting who becomes the point person for Lesnar’s talks this time out since it would be Levesque’s department but it’s Vince’s company.

I haven't heard of any interest in him, but given that he was under a WWE developmental deal in the past, I am sure that if he does become free, WWE would at least take a look at him.

From PWI's weekly Q&A articles about potential Eli Drake goes to the WWE in the near future. Drake mentioned in a past interview the terrible experience he had training under Bill Demott was a big reason for why his previous attempt at a WWE career failed.

"I don't know, he's had an incredible year. It was very important for him to leave WWE and do things on his own terms, and he has. I know that Impact has reached out to him and obviously WWE did, and that's obviously a decision that he's going to be making pretty soon," Konnan said. "I hope to have him over here obviously because we have a great history together, and Alberto El Patron is here with the whole Latino movement. At the end of the day, it's who's going to make the best offer for him because one thing I know 100% for sure is that he will never go back on a full-time schedule."

Some other sheet news includes: - Update to Ziggy's new deal being for $1.5 million per year news as another rumor going around the net claims it is only for $600k per year. Assuming its true and the rumor of him making $900k last year, he got a big pay cut for this new deal.
- Recent rumors regarding the Iconic Duo getting boob jobs as the reason for their sudden disappearance from NXT appear to have been true. Basis for it being true are new WWE photos of Billie Kay and Triple H stating they needed some final "reps" done to finish their time in NXT. https://twitter.com/ifyouseekcasey/s...73526165544966
- Deadspin had a recent article discussing Bill Watts firing from WCW and how Watts racist views played a big role. It involved Watts booking Hank Aaron as a special guest to a live WCW event with Aaron unaware of Watts' racist views. Aaron found out later and contacted others in TBS management to see if they were aware. Supposedly TBS was not and Watts was fired within days of the event to prevent a big racism scandal hitting the company.https://deadspin.com/hank-aaron-spar...-st-1823080138
- While arguing with a fan on Instagram over an earlier post he made stating prayers and bringing God back into public schools would prevent more school shootings, Orton claimed schools also needs to hire former special forces members as guards to kill anyone causing a dangerous situation.
- 98 Rock Baltimore's Justin, Scott and Spiegel radio show had Ric Flair as the guest talking about who he would pick for a Modern Four Horsemen stable and Randy Orton. http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/...would-be-from/
